In Spain there are themes that work like long-running series, new seasons are announced, some actors change and the plot remains the same, but with few twists in the script. La vivienda is probably the longest-running series of all, anchored for a long time in the drama genre. And like any good endless series, the problem is not so much the plot, but the fact that the denouement never comes. And it looks like an unhappy ending.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There is a lot of talk about price. There is a lot of talk about demand. There is less enthusiastic talk about supply. But there is hardly ever any talk about what is really structural: time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
