His latest book is \"Leading Companies through Storms and Crises: Principles and Best Practices in Conflict Prevention, Crisis Management and Communication\" (2018). After graduating in Law, Yago de la Cierva has devoted his entire professional career to the four branches of communication: journalism (he founded and directed the international news agency ROMEreports), corporate communication (he has been director of corporate communication at IESE), university teaching and crisis management consultancy.
