In addition to the role of technologies and digital platforms, Garz\u00f3n addresses the phenomenon of fake news and the need to verify information in a context, that of social networks, where all kinds of content circulate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lourdes Garz\u00f3n held the position of director of Vanity Fair Spain since its launch in 2006, and simultaneously of the Mexican edition since 2015. Under her leadership, the Vanity Fair Person of the Year award was created, the Vanity Fair Breakfasts were launched and exhibitions were organised.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Garz\u00f3n began her professional career at the newspaper El Mundo and later joined Marie Claire magazine as deputy editor.
