Four funds\nare integrated into Fidentiis Tordesillas SICAV, the investment vehicle\nregistered in Luxembourg: Iberia Long Only, Iberia Long Short Equity, Global\nStrategy, and European Financial Opportunities. Three funds are registered in\nSpain: European Megatrends FI, Tordesillas FIL, and Spanish Banking\nOpportunities FIL (fund closed to new investors).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The management style of Fidentiis Gesti\u00f3n SGIIC is based on identifying\nthe revaluation potential of the companies within their fund portfolios through\nthe \"Fundamental Momentum\" strategy.
