{"id":11053,"date":"2019-03-11T17:33:32","date_gmt":"2019-03-11T16:33:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/proacomunicacion.es\/?p=11053"},"modified":"2019-03-11T17:33:32","modified_gmt":"2019-03-11T16:33:32","slug":"barbara-yuste-among-the-100-talented-women-in-communication","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/proacomunicacion.es\/en\/barbara-yuste-entre-las-100-mujeres-con-talento-para-la-comunicacion\/","title":{"rendered":"B\u00e1rbara Yuste, director of the Digital Communication Area of Proa Comunicaci\u00f3n, among the 100 women with talent to communicate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">B\u00e1rbara Yuste, Director of the Area of <strong>Communication<\/strong> of Proa Comunicaci\u00f3n, has been chosen as one of the 100 communication professionals with talent to communicate in the <a href=\"https:\/\/well-comm.es\/2019\/03\/08\/10-anos-de-perspectivas-y-100-mujeres-con-talento-para-comunicar\"><strong>tenth<\/strong> anniversary of Wellcomm Communication Perspectives<\/a>a reference publication in the sector, which throughout its ten years of existence has counted on the participation of leading women communicators from different fields, among other reasons because, as highlighted on the Perspectives website, \"in the world of communication, we women are the majority\".<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/proacomunicacion.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/mujeres-wellcomm.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-11054 size-portfolio\" src=\"https:\/\/proacomunicacion.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/mujeres-wellcomm-495x400.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"495\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the Gerdercom study by the Association of Communication Managers (Dircom), presented in December 2018, the communication sector in Spain is characterised by a majority of women (56% compared to 44% of men), although the glass ceiling persists (only 56% occupy management positions) and the salary gap (almost 12% of female managers earn less than men).
