{"id":11177,"date":"2019-03-19T13:49:02","date_gmt":"2019-03-19T12:49:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/proacomunicacion.es\/?p=11177"},"modified":"2019-03-19T13:49:02","modified_gmt":"2019-03-19T12:49:02","slug":"barbara-yuste-digital-communication-director-of-proa-comunicacion-recognised-among-100-women-with-communicative-talent","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/proacomunicacion.es\/en\/barbara-yuste-digital-communication-director-of-proa-comunicacion-recognized-among-100-women-with-communicative-talent\/","title":{"rendered":"B\u00e1rbara Yuste, Digital Communication Director of Proa Comunicaci\u00f3n, recognized among 100 Women with Communicative Talent"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>B\u00e1rbara Yuste, <a href=\"https:\/\/proacomunicacion.es\/en\/team\/\">director of the Area of <strong>Communication<\/strong> of Proa Comunicaci\u00f3n<\/a>has been chosen as one of the 100 communication professionals with talent to communicate in the <a href=\"https:\/\/well-comm.es\/2019\/03\/08\/10-anos-de-perspectivas-y-100-mujeres-con-talento-para-comunicar\"><strong>tenth<\/strong> anniversary of Wellcomm Communication Perspectives<\/a>a reference publication in the sector, which throughout its ten years of existence has counted on the participation of leading women communicators from different fields, among other reasons because, as highlighted on the Perspectives website, \"in the world of communication, we women are the majority\".<\/p>\n<p>B\u00e1rbara Yuste, <a href=\"https:\/\/proacomunicacion.es\/en\/team\/\"><strong>Communication<\/strong> Director of Proa Comunicaci\u00f3n<\/a>, has been chosen among one of the 100 communication professionals with talent to communicate on the <a href=\"https:\/\/well-comm.es\/2019\/03\/08\/10-anos-de-perspectivas-y-100-mujeres-con-talento-para-comunicar\/\"><strong>tenth<\/strong> anniversary of the Wellcomm Perspectives of Communication<\/a>, a publication of reference in the sector which throughout its ten years of existence has had the participation of notable communicators from different areas, among other reasons because, as highlighted in the Perspectives website, \"in the world of communication women are the majority\".<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/proacomunicacion.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/mujeres-wellcomm.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-11054 size-portfolio\" src=\"https:\/\/proacomunicacion.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/mujeres-wellcomm-495x400.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"495\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This is according to the Gerdercom study conducted by the Association of Directors of Communication (Dircom), presented in December 2018 which states that the communication sector in Spain is characterized by a majority presence of women (56% compared to 44% of men) , although the glass ceiling remains (only 56% occupy managerial positions) and the salary gap (almost 12% of women executives earn less than their male counterparts).
