Mental health should be planned for and meet the World Health Organisation's (WHO) diagnostic criteria in the international classification of diseases; which defines having an anxiety disorder, depressive disorder, substance abuse disorder, sexual dysfunction, schizophrenia or autism, to name a few.<\/p>\n

Does socio-economics have anything to do with adolescents and young people<\/strong>\u00a0-And what about the harmful use of social networks, mobile phones and gambling?<\/p>\n

It is a mental health law with the professionals' backs to the wall, which is born against the professional collective<\/strong>He disqualifies it, forming part of the process of social explosion, in which no one seems to escape. He also admits that \"psychiatrists can only\u00a0use drugs<\/strong>The \"antipsychotic drugs, such as antipsychotics, if the patient has acute frank psychotic symptomatology at the time\". Society must denounce, \"for the sake of the sick\", as a\u00a0interference in the regulation and control of medicinal products<\/strong>The Spanish government, based on its political diagnoses, ignoring that, in the use of medicines, we abide by the international scientific agencies that evaluate drugs, such as the US FDA, the European Medicine Agency or the Spanish Medicines Agency. And that in most mental disorders, there is no awareness of illness, in acute or chronic situations\".<\/em>.<\/p>\n

This norm is far from the international standards of what should be a strategy based on current knowledge and, in the words of Dr. Arango, president of the Spanish Society of Psychiatry, \"...it is not a strategy based on current knowledge,\" he said.is still riddled with euphemisms and vagueness and many aspects that are truisms. In which entities appear that are neither validated nor included in international clinical classifications, such as compulsive shopping, which are behavioural disturbances, but which are not assimilated to a mental disorder, at least not yet by the scientific community\".<\/em><\/p>\n

This is all part of a plan that is disarming and discrediting everything, the courts or the Guardia Civil, as they are labelled as a threat to democracy and that they do not serve Spain or its citizens.<\/b><\/p>\n

Or, the attacks on children and their parents, from the age of 5, in which The Mayoress of Getafe (PSOE) wants children to have \"satisfactory sexual relations\".<\/a> or that the Getafe primary school pupils receive sex guides whose authors admit they are not for children<\/strong><\/a>. This has been \"funded by the Ministry of Health, which gives advice on how to inject drugs 'safely' during sex\". Is this your whole bet on mental health?<\/p>\n

According to Fernando Savater, \"the consequence of having given in to this polyphony of identities that, instead of seeking the universal, seeks the most extravagant minorities and the most outside the logic of biology. Giving the reason to the crazies, which is what the left is doing at the moment, seems to me to be worrying\".<\/p>\n

And, what was still to be demolished and denigrated: so-called obstetric violence. <\/strong><\/h4>\n

This term is a direct attack on gynaecologists, midwives and other health personnel involved in the monitoring of pregnancies and births in order to preserve the health of the woman and the baby. \"We do not intentionally violate fundamental rights, nor do we act arbitrarily. We demand not to confuse terms and issues, as this can lead to irreparable damage to the necessary trust in the doctor-patient relationship and to a confrontation between women in need of assistance and those who should provide it. (Gynaecologists and psychiatrists under suspicion\",<\/em> according to M\u00aa Isabel Moya, first vice-president of the Consejo General de Colegios Oficiales de M\u00e9dicos (CGCOM)).<\/p>\n

I come back to what would be a true evidence-based law<\/strong>. Our reality is that we form an inseparable unit: body, mind and environment. The plan should consider this inseparable unity.<\/p>\n

There is no mental health plan if it does not include physical exercise for recovery and maintenance of mental and physical health and good mood. Oncologists are prescribing it, yes, prescribing it as a high-level preventive treatment on par with chemotherapy. 60% of diseases affect mental health. For example, hypothyroidism can manifest itself with a long period of depression and some other illnesses such as some cancers. Mental health is also, at the same time, the health of the body.<\/p>\n

Exercise is a great antidepressant, anxiolytic and stabiliser of our overall health. It improves the supply of nutrients and irrigation to the brain, increases memory, mental agility, plasticity in neuron-to-neuron connections, angiogenesis, improves brain circuits damaged by trauma, age, depression, and generates substances that nourish neurons.<\/p>\n

After exercise, we feel more agile because the so-called basal ganglia, which control the precision and precision of our movements, become more functional. This happens because it increases the functions of the motor cortex, the spinal cord and the cerebellum. These changes will enhance learning and movement planning, the stability and reconstruction of our state of health and mood, as well as our self-assessment, because numerous metabolic processes have been readjusted and reset.<\/p>\n

The health of the brain and the whole body, including the intestinal flora, which is also affected by lack of exercise, depends on physical activity. Flora that communicates with the brain, e.g. via the vagus nerve, brain-gut axis.<\/p>\n

Without daily physical exercise, there is no scientific mental health plan and no real treatment of the mind. We can say that any mental health intervention should include 300 minutes of aerobic activity per week, combining moderate and vigorous exercise. This is difficult due to the price of gyms, which have been increased by VAT - a terrible confusion - because they are not a luxury item, they are a medicine that would save millions for everyone's coffers.<\/p>\n

Our body<\/strong>For every gene we have in our genome, there are another 100 that come from microorganisms that inhabit us and that form the macrobiota, essential for human health and survival, to fine-tune and train the immune system, without them we are not viable. This section must be taken into account in the mental health plan. Therefore, preventive medicine<\/strong>This kind of medicine will be included in the list?<\/p>\n

60% of the patients attending a health centre have a mental component<\/strong>. This is something we have known for more than fifty years, that all suffering throws us off balance. Some doctors have understood this, but the health system has not, given the precariousness with which people work in these centres, and not through the fault of the health workers. We have been mistreating Spanish primary care since at least the financial crisis of 2008 and, after 10 or 12 years, the punishment is increasingly noticeable. We talk about primary care as a kind of distributing element of the health system, but we often forget that 85% of the problems are solved there.<\/p>\n

The socio-economic environment has little influence, when there has been a emotional education<\/strong> in the early years<\/strong>Otherwise, the half-developed person is cannon fodder for social engineers, demagogues and others. People whose senses, emotions, psychomotor skills, capacity to reason, to pay attention, to concentrate, to create their own criteria..., will find it difficult to build their life project.<\/p>\n

Also genetics<\/strong>We can inherit many harmful tendencies from our great-grandparents to our parents, such as violence, lack of control, superficiality, egocentrism or fanaticism, when our parents have not helped us in our early years to alleviate what later, as adults, will be negative for the individual and society. To this we can include education in fanaticism, which is passed on from one generation to the next.<\/p>\n

Our bodies and our brains can be affected by the effects of environmental conditions<\/strong> pollution already causes more cardiovascular mortality than high cholesterol, overweight or a sedentary lifestyle.<\/p>\n

In the short term we can change little of our nature. And, I don't mean that the political, the collective despondency they are causing us, the wrapping of everything in propaganda and witnessing the power struggle of their inhabitants as the main goal, is not undermining us - and not only our health - by entangling us in their division and fragmentation in which they themselves find themselves.<\/p>\n

An atmosphere that is destroying coexistence in families. We cannot talk about politics, not even among friends or family, because we have been infected by the fratricidal fragmentation in which political systems move, and not only in Spain - or should I say this country - will it not affect us if we cannot talk to relatives, neighbours or children?<\/p>\n

In the absence of a diagnosis of what is happening to us, of an understanding of reality, and of what is awaiting us in all areas, they offer us to break our minds into good my people and bad others, and thus plunge us into the impotence that is so damaging to our health. After four civil wars in two centuries, and permanent and paralysing left\/right confrontations; and, disintegrationist and secessionist tendencies that have given rise to terrorist phenomena or coups d'\u00e9tat, they are now attacking and calling into question the only political consensus overwhelmingly supported by the population that we have managed to achieve as a Nation. They consider merit, effort, the flag, the national anthem, the King, the current democracy, education in the home, philosophy, the humanities, real history to be an obstacle to their plans; and, I will not go on because what we powerless citizens feel is that they want to sweep away all the peace and progress since the Transition.<\/p>\n

Last but not least, that our respected Guardia Civil should cease to be military, so that it can be managed from a political point of view. In short, we cannot understand why they want to isolate us from civilisation, unity and culture. In short, my diagnosis of this situation: self-destruction, masochism, revenge, envy, authoritarianism, narrow-mindedness, intoxication, ideological addiction, political infantilism.<\/p>\n

They are educating us in social fragmentation, to prevent us from forming a common front, they have not educated us in team spirit.<\/p>\n

Our politicians are trapped in their small or large groups, not trying to understand and interpret what we are, will be and need, but rather what they need to win elections.<\/p>\n
