Paloma has extensive experience of <strong>more than 30 years in the technology sector<\/strong> and will collaborate with PROA, providing clients and the firm with his knowledge and experience in business management and corporate governance.<\/p>\n<p>Paloma is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the insurance company <strong>Mutua Pelayo<\/strong>a member of the Faculty Network of <strong>Axialent,<\/strong> consultant specialising in cultural transformation and a member of the Advisory Board of the <strong>Excellence in Management Club<\/strong> (CEG). Paloma has held a number of senior management positions in the technology company <strong>Xerox<\/strong>She has served as President of Southern Europe (Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece) and President and CEO of Spain and Iberia. Her 31-year career at Xerox has always been linked to business development, leading multicultural teams in a business environment in continuous transformation, with people and culture as its main drivers.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/paloma-beamonte-7aa6538\/\"><strong>Paloma Beamonte<\/strong><\/a> has stated that \"from the moment I came into contact with PROA I was impressed by its capacity for innovation in the continuous search for new services for its clients. Valvanuz and Luc\u00eda understand that we operate in an ever-changing market and that for PROA to continue to add value to its clients they have to anticipate their needs.
