The lawyer has more than three decades of professional practice and will bring to PROA her experience in the world of business and corporate governance.<\/p>\n<p>Mar\u00eda Segim\u00f3n is a lawyer <em>of counsel<\/em> of the firm's Commercial Law Department <strong>Escalona &amp; De Fuentes<\/strong>She specialises in the fields of Financial Markets, Capital Markets and Real Estate Law. At the same time, she is a member of the Board of Governors of the <strong>Madrid Bar Association<\/strong>The Audit Committee, where he chairs the Internal Audit Committee, is a member of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee and is responsible for International.<\/p>\n<p>She was previously a partner in the area of <em>corporate<\/em> from <strong>Clifford Chance and DLA Piper<\/strong> in Spain (specialising in capital markets M&amp;A). He was also responsible for the corporate legal advice of <strong>Ferrovial<\/strong>and General Counsel for Spain and Portugal and Secretary of the Board of Directors of the real estate fund management company <strong>CBRE Global Investors<\/strong>. She has also been a proprietary director (on behalf of Ferrovial) of the listed Polish company <strong>Budimex<\/strong> and <strong>Habitat Real Estate<\/strong>independent director of <strong>Hispania Activos Inmobiliarios Socimi, S.A.<\/strong>of <strong>Axiare Patrimonio Socimi S.A.<\/strong> and <strong>Moove Cars Sustainable Transport, S.L.<\/strong>as well as member and chairwoman of several committees of the boards of these companies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maria Segimon<\/strong> has stated that \"I admire PROA's ability to innovate and offer a quality service adapted to the needs of each of its clients, as well as its vision to seek new communication strategies to position them in the areas where they seek to be.
