The pandemic and the post-pandemic, together with the Spanish socio-economic framework and the international context, have led to a\u00a0<strong>emergence of mental health problems\u00a0<\/strong>in the general population, especially in young people and in two groups: the\u00a0<strong>business and health professionals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Senior management is still suffering the effects of the pandemic's hiatus and the peculiarities of the unprecedented scenario that has followed; while the healthcare community, after the shock of Covid 19 - with its successive waves - is experiencing unprecedented pressure on care.<\/p>\n<p>It is a\u00a0<strong>documentary<\/strong>\u00a0which talks about\u00a0<strong>suffering and, above all, hope<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The PROA Observatory is a forum that periodically brings together in its headquarters the\u00a0<em>key opinion leaders\u00a0<\/em>of the news agenda to address issues of concern to society and to shed light on them, from the
