{"id":33334,"date":"2023-11-14T11:24:08","date_gmt":"2023-11-14T10:24:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/proacomunicacion.es\/?p=33334"},"modified":"2024-03-13T06:12:06","modified_gmt":"2024-03-13T06:12:06","slug":"aedyr-trusts-proa-communication-to-strengthen-communication-strategy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/proacomunicacion.es\/en\/aedyr-confia-proa-comunicacion-fortalecer-estrategia-comunicacion\/","title":{"rendered":"AEDyR relies on PROA Comunicaci\u00f3n to strengthen its communication strategy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The Spanish Association of Desalination and Reuse (<a href=\"https:\/\/aedyr.com\/\">AEDyR<\/a>)<\/strong>which has been a leader in the desalination and water reuse sector in Spain for 25 years, has selected <strong>PROA Communication<\/strong> to develop and execute its communication strategy. <a href=\"https:\/\/proacomunicacion.es\/en\/\"><strong>PROA Communication<\/strong><\/a> will be responsible for reinforcing its positioning as a <strong>benchmark and voice of the industry for technological and sustainable solutions to the water challenge in Spain<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>As they explain <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Luc%C3%ADa_Casanueva\"><strong>Luc\u00eda Casanueva<\/strong><\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/proacomunicacion.es\/en\/consultores-comunicacion-corporativa\/valvanuz-serna-ruiz\/\"><strong>Valvanuz Serna Ruiz<\/strong><\/a>the managing partners of <strong>PROA Communication<\/strong>We understand that the water challenge is an increasingly urgent issue for the present and future of Spain, due to desertification and the reduction of water resources due to climate change. This situation requires taking measures in which desalination and water reuse can play a fundamental role. For these reasons, PROA is proud to be able to provide strategic support to position AEDyR as a reference in the sector and to bring the benefits of these technologies to society in an effective way\".<\/p>\n<p>\"AEDyR is redoubling its commitment to communication with the aim of boosting the visibility of our sector. We are confident that this new alliance with PROA and its know-how will be key to bring the positive impact of desalination and water reuse to society,\" he says. <a href=\"https:\/\/es.linkedin.com\/in\/domingo-zarzo-martinez\"><strong>Domingo Zarzo<\/strong><\/a>president of <strong>AEDyR<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AEDyR<\/strong> was created in 1998 to bring together the different companies in the sector, as a result of the interest aroused by Spanish desalination technology as a consequence of the holding of the <strong>Congress of the International Desalination Association (<a href=\"https:\/\/idadesal.org\/\">IDA<\/a>)<\/strong> in Madrid. Subsequently, the Association was admitted as a full member with the same status as other associations at continental level, such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/congress.edsoc.com\/\"><strong>European Desalination Society<\/strong><\/a> and the <strong>American Desalination Association<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Its purpose, according to its statutes, is to \"promote the appropriate use of seawater and brackish water desalination and the reuse of reclaimed wastewater, thus contributing to the sustainable management of water resources\".
