With the title \"<strong>Turning point and change of millennium<\/strong>\"Nin analysed how Europe and Spain must face the current geopolitical scenario and what are the main tasks pending in order to regain global prominence. These reflections were made in front of a large group of businessmen, representatives of sectoral associations and decision-makers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During his speech, Juan Mar\u00eda Nin pointed out that Europe must follow the trend of acting as a bloc in order not to lose weight as a relevant actor between the blocs formed by the United States on the one hand and China on the other: \"Europe's priority is political union. If we manage to stick together and act as a single bloc, we will regain our influence in the international arena. However, if this union fragments, Europe will have no relevance on the new geopolitical chessboard. To move towards this integration, it is necessary to consolidate not only the social and political foundations, but also the financial ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the conversation, which was moderated by <a><strong>Miguel \u00c1ngel Noceda<\/strong>President of the Spanish Federation of Journalists' Associations<\/a> (FAPE), Juan Mar\u00eda Nin added, referring to the president of the United States, Donald Trump, and the phenomenon of the extreme right in Europe, that \"the new president will influence European politics, and it is possible that the political extremes will weaken. At the centre is virtue, balance and the measure of change\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the beginning of the meeting, which was attended by numerous senior executives and managers of Spanish companies, <strong>Valvanuz Serna<\/strong>The topic addressed in the session is particularly crucial, she explained, because \"the world is undergoing a profound transformation, marked by the rise of new powers, the retreat of globalisation and a reordering of international relations.
