{"id":6336,"date":"2017-01-26T11:18:34","date_gmt":"2017-01-26T10:18:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/proacomunicacion.es\/?p=6336"},"modified":"2017-01-26T11:18:34","modified_gmt":"2017-01-26T10:18:34","slug":"pierre-giacometti-the-transformation-communicative-context-opportunities","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/proacomunicacion.es\/en\/pierre-giacometti-la-transformacion-contexto-comunicativo-oportunidades\/","title":{"rendered":"Pierre Giacometti: \"transformation is a communicative context of opportunities\"."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As part of its series of conferences 'New Challenges, New Answers', Deusto Business School and <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.madridforoempresarial.es\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Madrid Business Forum<\/a> presented to <strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pierre_Giacometti\" rel=\"noopener\">Pierre Giacometti<\/a> (former communications adviser to <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Nicolas_Sarkozy\" rel=\"noopener\">Nicolas Sarkozy<\/a>)<\/strong>The study analyses the way in which Spanish employees experience the transformation processes and what they expect of them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With its dual experience of <a href=\"https:\/\/proacomunicacion.es\/en\/consultoria-comunicacion-corporativa\/comunicacion-corporativa-y-gestion-de-la-reputacion\/\">corporate communications<\/a> and politics, Pierre Giacometti presented the data of this exclusive study and some keys and actions to generate internal engagement. \"Transformation is a communicative context of opportunities,\" he said. And among those opportunities, there is the fact of meeting the demands of employees, who \"... are the ones who want to be engaged.<strong>demand transparency in internal communication in a context of transformation<\/strong>The story can be the backbone of good change communication.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this sense, Giacometti wanted to highlight the importance of communication in any transformation process, not only from management to all employees, but also in the opposite direction: \"companies should spend more time listening to their employees when they implement changes\". But in this need to keep an organisation's employees informed, Pierre says there is a way to soften the impact of change: <strong>\"What will not change must be communicated first\".<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pierre Giacometti has a double expertise: public opinion analysis and strategic communication consultancy, having been Nicolas Sarkozy's communication advisor.
