The company also needed to make its new CEO known and positioned. The biggest handicap is that it is a company that carries out most of its projects for other clients, works on engineering and R&amp;D projects for other companies and needs the permission of its clients to communicate them. <em>partners<\/em> or are these the ones communicating.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>PROA implements a high-profile communication strategy. From the Information Relations side, it focuses, on the one hand, on organising meetings <em>one to one<\/em> The CEO's meetings with journalists specialising in the technology and telecommunications areas of the main media are aimed at getting to know each other and putting the company's experts at their disposal to help them when they need it. On the other hand, the milestones and events organised by the different divisions of the company are used to prepare press releases, seek the participation of their experts in reports, organise interviews and write\/edit articles and opinion pieces for them. There is a strong focus on the activity of the HR department and also on that of its foundation. All actions are focused on the general, national and regional media, as well as the economic and sectoral media. In addition, the CEO's presence on social networks, especially LinkedIn and Twitter, is being managed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Results<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>More visibility for the company has been achieved through the meetings. <em>one to one<\/em> The CEO's profile on social networks, press releases on the company's activity, forums for top management, the director of Human Resources and the heads of the different divisions.
