—— BCG Women’s Boot Camp Spain

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) will hold the 3rd BCG Women’s Boot Camp Spain from June 22 to 24, an event aimed at female university students from all over Spain that offers the opportunity to learn first-hand how to generate value, impact and change the world from consulting strategic.

Oriented towards university students of any branch, the third edition of BCG Women’s Boot Camp continues a project created in 2018 and in which more than 60 students have participated. The initiative aims to bring the strategic consulting sector closer together and offer a new career and professional future perspective, experiencing how to work in a leading international company such as Boston Consulting Group.

The activities scheduled during the three days of the event will help the students acquire a more complete and realistic perspective of what it means to work at BCG through different interrelated activities, such as practical business cases, presentation of team projects, talks and masterclasses with leading women in the sector and experts from the different teams at Boston Consulting Group.

Students from all over Spain with a brilliant record in any field of study, interesting extracurricular activities, a restless mind in continuous search for new challenges, a strong motivation to create impact, good communication skills and a passion for teamwork will be able to present their candidacy until the May 14th through the official website of the 3rd BCG Women’s Boot Camp Spain.

“The Women’s Boot Camp will allow, from a new and immersive perspective, that students from very diverse fields explore the different fields of activity that we develop at Boston Consulting Group to put into practice all their analytical and strategic skills through a unique experience , which will allow them to know the challenges and opportunities that working in consultancy entails”, highlights Sara Egea, director of Recruiting at BCG in Spain.

According to the latest reports from the Boston Consulting Group on diversity, companies that identify and incorporate plural teams of talent have a greater capacity for innovation and value creation when it comes to driving change. “For organizations that understand the need to work and lead with new principles and work philosophy and that diversity is good for business, the message is clear: companies can move faster and faster if they strive to attract, retain and feed its reserves of female talent ”adds Maria López Managing Director & Partner of BCG and leader of the Women @ BCG in Spain initiative.
