The Proa Communication Observatory with Martínez-Almeida, in Dircomfidencial

Dircomfidential has echoed the Proa Communication Observatory that was held on 10 May with the PP candidate for Mayor of Madrid, José Luis Martínez-Almeida, as an example of the events that communication agencies have organised in recent weeks with different candidates for the general, regional and municipal elections, which will take place on Sunday 26 May.

The presence of politicians in this type of meetings is proof of the growth that the area of Public Affairs is experiencing within communication agencies, which seek to become a fundamental part of the public debate that is generated in society, especially at election time. As Lucía Casanueva, managing partner of Proa Comunicación, explains in the article, the aim of these actions is to generate "a fruitful dialogue with business people", in which "the politician does not resort to the typical argument".
