Turismo de Galicia chooses Proa Comunicación to promote Galician designations of origin

The Tourist Office of the Xunta de Galicia has selected Proa Comunicación to develop the communication strategy for the wine promotion campaign 'Cinco gallegas en Madrid'. This campaign by Turismo de Galicia will promote the designations of origin of Galician wines at national level: Ribeiro, Valdeorras, Rías Baixas, Monterrei and Ribeira Sacra.

Through the personification of each of the denominations, the campaign has developed different personalities that converge in a journey of the five Galician women to Madrid. The designer María Pereiro has illustrated these personalities with creatives that will accompany the action. The storytelling of the journey will conclude with an event on 14 September in Laviniawine shop in José Ortega y Gasset street in Madrid.

The event will be attended by Nava Castro, Director of Tourism of Galiciaand the prestigious Galician chef Lucía Freitaswho will delight the audience with typical dishes of the region. The media will be able to taste wines from the five Galician appellations and enjoy an event in which the '5 Galician women in Madrid' will be the main protagonists.
