Founded by José Ignacio Alemany Bellido in 1993, it expanded its activity to Labor Law in 2001. Five years later, José Antonio Escalona de Molina joined the Commercial Law area and the Procedural Law department was created. In 2012, with the arrival of Joaquín de Fuentes Bardají, the Firm expanded its services to the area of Public Law and acquired its current name.

His current areas of activity are Commercial Law, Labor Law, Public Law, Tax Law and Procedural Law, with a team of 23 lawyers in these specialties.
