PROA Comunicacion incorporates Mar Peiteado to lead the Health, Beauty and Wellness area.

The consultancy firm specialising in building and managing corporate and executive reputation, has added to its team the following new members Peiteado Sea to lead the Health, Beauty and Wellness area. This new unit, which debuts PROA Communicationis the result of the good momentum the consultancy firm is experiencing. Its consolidated position allows it to expand and open up new sectors in which it did not have a stable presence until now.

After a few years at the head of the communications department of the Asociación de Navieros Españoles (ANAVE), Mar moved to the Hearst publishing group (then Hachette Filipacchi), which specialised in magazine publishing. There, he was part of several media, among which the following stand out La Revista de Ana Rosa (AR) where she was in charge of the Beauty and Health section. Subsequently, she has been in charge of the Personal Care section of the magazine Men's Health for 8 years, and was a member of the editorial team of Vogue Beauty (the beauty supplement of Vogue) for more than 10 years, which has also allowed him to publish in Vogue Mexico. She has also been a regular contributor to the beauty, health and lifestyle section in magazines such as Stilo (8 years), Harper's Bazaar in several stages, Women's Healththe extras in print of woman.co.uk (newspaper 20minutes), Woman y Port in their digital editions, or in Yo Donathe women's supplement of the daily The Worldwhere he even had his own section. In addition to this, he has collaborated sporadically or occasionally in the media such as Glamour, Elle Gourmet, Forbes Woman, Babies and More or the realisation of the supplement Beauty Secrets for El Corte Inglés. For some years now, she has been producing branded content for Hearst group magazines. The journalist has been a member of the jury for important beauty awards such as the Telva and the Men's Health. Currently and since its foundation, she is a jury member of the Perfume Academy awards. Born in Madrid with roots in Cádiz, Mar Peiteado has a degree in Information Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid.

His career in the media has been combined with collaborations with organisations, institutions and companies. He participated, for example, in the creation of the website Urgent Ukraine, of the Ministry of Inclusion, with service information for displaced persons in 2022. She has written sustainability reports for several companies for the consulting firm Auren, and collaborates with the Spanish Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in the creation of contents.

As a result of his long career, he has extensive knowledge of the health, beauty and wellness sector, and knows first-hand the needs of journalists and the keys to a good relationship with brands and their managers.
