Artificial and red meat

We are being manipulated by companies interested in denigrating a product in order to sell theirs. It's happening with milk, to sell the so-called vegetable milks, and with meat.

Eating meat is providing our health with protein, with most of the nutrients that are essential for our body to function, such as amino acids or minerals.

The meat also has free amino acids, peptides, creatine, nucleotides, carbohydrates and lactic acid; as well as eight different fatty acids, among which oleic, which is 42% in veal. As for red meat, it should be mentioned that it is rich in easily assimilated iron, and should be eaten at least once a week.

Unlike what is thought, saturated fats in meat will not constitute any danger or cardiovascular risk according to the latest research. Pork has saturated fats, but they have not been shown to cause cardiovascular problems as discussed. Cured ham or pork meat is very good because it contains less cholesterol than chicken or turkey.

If we eat the ultra-processed meats, these ones are plenty of preservatives, salt, sugar, flavor enhancers, preservatives, antioxidants and starch. These ultra-processed meats are linked to cancer and inflammatory diseases, as well as greatly altering the intestinal flora.

There are millions of different bacteria in our intestines that we couldn't live without. They can make us live longer, but they can tune up our immune system or defend us from intestinal cancer. It's all about feeding them properly.
