Degussa entrusts Proa Comunicación to develop its communication strategy in Spain

Degussa Metales Preciosos S.L., the Spanish subsidiary of the German company Degussa Goldhandel, a reference company in Europe in the trade of Investment Gold, has entrusted Proa Comunicación with the development of its communication strategy in Spain.

Degussa Precious Metals was founded in 2010 although its origins date back to 1843 in Frankfurt, Germany, when the Frankfurt Senate leased the precious metals refinery to Friedrich Ernst Roessler. It was he who would lay the foundation stone of what was to become Degussa AG. Since then, Degussa, headquartered in Frankfurt, has focused on precious metals for investment purposes.

With branches in more than 14 cities around the world, Degussa has been offering reliability, transparency and security for years. Degussa offers investment in precious metals in the form of classic bullion in gold, silver, platinum, palladium, rhodium, gold and silver coins and gifts with the symbol of the sun and the moon.

Since February 2015 it has had a presence in Madrid, where it has opened its new headquarters, managed by Jens Weidenbach. Located next to the Retiro Park, at Calle Velázquez 2, with almost 400 m2 of floor space, it has become the company's largest.

In addition to the marketing of these products, Degussa offers, on the one hand, the service of repurchase of antique metals in the form of jewellery, silver articles, ingots and gold, silver, platinum and palladium coins; and on the other hand, it can take custody of any article, as it has personal safes for rent.

It also has an online shop 24 hours a day, seven days a week, offering continuously updated prices to the international precious metals markets.
