Paloma Beamonte is also a member of the Board of Directors of the insurance company Mutua Pelayo and a member of the Advisory Board of the Club de Excelencia en Gestión (CEG). She has held various senior management positions at the technology company Xerox, including President of Southern Europe (Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece) and President and CEO of Spain and Iberia. Her 31-year career at Xerox has always been linked to business development, leading multicultural teams in a business environment in continuous transformation, with people and culture as its pillars.
