PROA Comunicación launches PROA AI Guard, a pioneering service in generative AI engines.

The consultancy incorporates an innovative line that helps leading AI models deliver accurate, up-to-date information that is aligned with the core business and corporate identity of companies and their managers.

PROA Comunicación has announced the launch of PROA AI Guard, an innovative service that positions the consultancy firm as a benchmark in reputation management in the new era of generative Artificial Intelligence. It is the first solution in Spain specifically designed to improve the visibility, narrative and consistency with which generative engines represent companies and their business leaders.

The use of generative AI engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok or Perplexity has become a common way to search for information about companies, executives and industries. According to a recent report, published by McKinsey, 50% of consumers are already using search engines based on artificial intelligence, transforming the way users access and consume corporate content. In this context, PROA AI Guard enables organisations to strengthen their reputation and reduce risks arising from incomplete, outdated or inaccurate information generated by artificial intelligence.

The service combines three of PROA's own pillars: reputation, strategy and senior talent, supported by advanced technological capabilities derived from the collaboration agreement with BeAI, while maintaining PROA's methodological and reputational leadership.

A guarantee of identity and positioning

Lucía Casanueva and Valvanuz Serna Ruiz, managing partners of PROA Comunicación, emphasise the strategic relevance of the new service: “Corporate reputation no longer depends solely on traditional search engines. Today, it is the generative engines that shape the first impression a user receives when enquiring about a company, an executive or a sector. With PROA AI Guard, we accompany our clients in this new environment, helping them to ensure that their identity and positioning are adequately represented.".

“This service combines PROA's reputational expertise with advanced technological capabilities. The result is a solution that allows us to strengthen, organise and project our clients” narratives in a completely different digital landscape.

The launch of PROA AI Guard consolidates the consultancy firm as one of the most innovative firms in the strategic communication sector in Spain. With this new service, PROA reinforces its commitment to accompany companies and leaders in the reputational challenges of an increasingly complex, dynamic and technologically advanced environment.

Our brains are not looking for the truth, but for everything to be coherent is what is true for them. And they become entrenched there.
