The Woman Forward Foundation is once again holding its Christmas Dinner, a true meeting of passionate minds committed to a more committed and sustainable society, companies and country by and for everyone. It will be held on 30 November at MOM Culinary Institut, Seeds Restaurant (Serrano 95, Madrid) at 8 p.m.
The event will feature a lecture by Maria Margarete Gosse, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in Spain. The diplomat will share her experience and knowledge about Women in Diplomacy and will offer a unique insight into the state of women's leadership in Germany.
Morten Huse, Professor Emeritus at the BI Business School in Norway and the Reinhard Mohn Endowment Chair for Management Business Ethics and Societal Change at the University of Witten-Herdecke, will also speak. He will present the findings of more than a decade of research on how to promote diversity on boards.
On the other hand, Woman Forward presents on 28th November the research The state of equality in Spain. Recommendations for progress at CaixaForum Madrid. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the progress and current challenges in terms of gender equality in Spain. Based on the analysis of the degree of implementation of equality plans together with companies and trade unions, this event will present the keys to the challenges posed by legislation, as well as the impact of current measures to promote equality.
