Lucía Casanueva, partner-director of PROA Comunicación, in this interview she dismantles that reflex: in media litigation, keeping quiet from the beginning is not prudence, it is the most expensive mistake you can make. Before founding Proa, she worked for multinationals such as Llorente & Cuenca (LLYC), Kreab and Edelman, both in Spain and in the UK and Germany.
