José María Segovia, former chairman of Uría Menéndez, explained on Friday in a Proa Observatory the keys to good professional service provision, among which he highlighted the obsession for excellence and perfectionism. He also highlighted the importance of human resources management, in which, in his opinion, it is essential to combine the highest demands on people with generosity. On this point, he advocated fostering a sense of belonging to the company at all levels.

All of this, in his opinion, results in good customer service and, therefore, in something he considered to be of utmost importance, the company's reputation, a fundamental intangible to make business grow.
