Paloma Beamonte joins the Advisory Board of PROAPaloma is a communications and reputation management consultant. Paloma has extensive experience of more than 30 years in the technology sector and will collaborate with PROA, providing clients and the firm with his knowledge and experience in business management and corporate governance.
Paloma is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the insurance company Mutua Pelayoa member of the Faculty Network of Axialent, consultant specialising in cultural transformation and a member of the Advisory Board of the Excellence in Management Club (CEG). Paloma has held a number of senior management positions in the technology company XeroxShe has served as President of Southern Europe (Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece) and President and CEO of Spain and Iberia. Her 31-year career at Xerox has always been linked to business development, leading multicultural teams in a business environment in continuous transformation, with people and culture as its main drivers.
