Heras Piedrabuena is head of the psychology department at the Cedel Foundation and has had her own psychological practice for more than fifteen years.
He has extensive professional experience where he has held positions of responsibility in companies such as El Corte Inglés, for which he worked for fourteen years selecting and training managers and future leaders, as well as collaborating in the inauguration of nearly thirty shopping centres in Spain and Portugal.
A consultant in various family and multinational companies and an expert in the creation, training and development of high-performance teams, Rodríguez Heras worked at Laboratorios Boiron for 9 years, where she was in charge of team and management training and personnel selection, as well as in hotel chains such as VP or Hilton, and multinational distribution companies such as Dixons Group, managing the Training and Development department at European level. In the banking sector, this human resources specialist has worked at Banca March, Banco Imantia and Banco de España, as well as Repsol and Ethiopian Electric Power in the energy sector.
