Bárbara Yuste, director of the Digital Communication Area of Proa Comunicación, among the 100 women with talent to communicate

Bárbara Yuste, Director of the Area of Communication of Proa Comunicación, has been chosen as one of the 100 communication professionals with talent to communicate in the tenth anniversary of Wellcomm Communication Perspectivesa reference publication in the sector, which throughout its ten years of existence has counted on the participation of leading women communicators from different fields, among other reasons because, as highlighted on the Perspectives website, "in the world of communication, we women are the majority".

According to the Gerdercom study by the Association of Communication Managers (Dircom), presented in December 2018, the communication sector in Spain is characterised by a majority of women (56% compared to 44% of men), although the glass ceiling persists (only 56% occupy management positions) and the salary gap (almost 12% of female managers earn less than men). In any case, the editions of Wellcomm Perspectives have had a balanced participation of women and men.

Proa Comunicación's senior consultant contributed to the 2012 edition of Wellcomm's Communication Perspectives with an article on "The power of social networks in the university environment". (access to the full document).
