The ASTI Foundation has entrusted Proa Comunicación with the development of its communication strategy and reputation management. This institution was created with the mission of embracing the social change of digital transformation through the development of talent and technology from a model of open innovation and public-private collaboration. Its purpose is, therefore, to face the social and educational challenges posed by the revolution we are living today from two levers: talent and technology.
The foundation currently manages several programmes. One of its hallmarks is Stem Talent Girla reference project in Spain for the promotion of technological vocations in the female population. In this programme, the foundation has the collaboration of the Junta de Castilla y León, as well as the support of the MEH, ASTI Mobile Robotics and L'Oreal Burgos, as strategic partners, and the University Isabel I as a digital educational partner.
This project is present in seven provinces of Castilla y León: Ávila, Burgos, León, Palencia, Salamanca, Segovia and Valladolid. It is also present in Madrid, Cantabria and La Rioja.
Among the activities included in this programme is the masterclass that is organised every month in each of the venues and which has featured STEM professional women of the stature of CEO of ASTI, Verónica Pascual, the CEO of Siemens, Rosa García, and the Director of Technology of IBM, Elisa Martín.
Another of the initiatives managed by the foundation is ASTI ChallengeThe aim of the programme is to foster STEM talent and identify innovative solutions and business opportunities in the field of collaborative mobile robotics by launching challenges and open calls.
Finally, it is Steam Talent Kidsaimed at the stimulation and development of talent from an early age.
