-- SOERMAR chooses PROA to lead its communications strategy

SOERMAR (Society for the Study of Maritime Resources)a company made up of the SOERMAR Technological Centre and the SOERMAR FoundationThe Spanish maritime sector has placed its trust in PROA for the development and execution of its communication strategy.

The company, made up of the main small and medium-sized shipyards in Spain, aims to develop R&D&I projects, promote actions that result in a competitive improvement of the shipyards through increased efficiency, as well as support them in areas such as quality, organisation, training, design, environment or regulation, among others.

The Spanish shipbuilding sector has a high international prestige due to its quality and tradition, with high standards in technologically sophisticated vessels. Spanish shipyards are a world reference and are at the forefront of technological progress. Through SOERMAR, its Technology Centre, they offer the naval market experience, technology and competitiveness to face a future with unprecedented business opportunities in which shipyards must be leading players at European and global level.
